German prosecutors said Tuesday they were able to match Jan Ullrich's DNA with 9 bags of blood found as part of Operation Puerto, which led to the 1997 Tour winner being excluded from last year's Tour de France. Ullrich has denied using any banned substances. The only thing now is how long has this been going on. Could it be from before he won the tour ? We may never know.
